April Intensive Tumble A - This intensive tumbling class is offered one time a year each April for four weeks.
Int. This class is for athletes with level 1 tumbling skills (cartwheels, round offs, back/front walkovers) who may be
executing but are still being spotted on back handsprings. The focus is on technique, repetition and conditioning drills
to improve current skills and take athletes to the next level.
April Intensive Tumble B - This intensive tumbling class is offered one time a year each April for four weeks.
This class is for athletes working on levels 2 and 3 tumbling skills (series back handsprings, jump handspring combos,
round off back handspring tucks, etc.). The focus is on technique, repetition and conditioning drills to improve current
skills and take athletes to the next level. An unassisted back handspring is the requirement for this class.
April Intensive Tumble C - This intensive tumbling class is offered one time a year each April for four weeks.
This class is for athletes working on levels 3 through 5 tumbling skills (jump tumble combos, standing series tumbling,
standing back tucks, layouts and fulls, etc.). The focus is on technique, repetition and conditioning drills to improve
current skills and take athletes to the next level. An unassisted round off back handspring back tuck is the requirement
for this class.
April Special: School Tryout Prep - Offered only in April each year, this class is designed for those
preparing for middle school or high school cheer tryouts. Class will address basic cheer terminology as well as proper
motion, jump and tumbling technique. A cheer, chant and dance will also be taught and there will be mock group and
optional individual mock tryout evaluations. Emphasis will be placed on the confidence, energy, enthusiasm and crowd-working
skills that coaches want to see in tryout settings. Special sessions will be presented by current and former high school
and college coaches to help each participant gain as much insight as possible into what coaches want to see in candidates
for their team.
Back Handspring Class - This class is for tumblers looking to perfect standing
back handsprings, standing series and jump handspring combinations. It is geared towards athletes
that have mastered all skills leading up to a back handspring.
Cheer Flexibility - this is an intensive stretching class for anyone looking to
improve flexibility. There will be a focus on flexibility body positions (scorpion, scale,
heel stretch, overstretch) as well as focused stretches for the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings
CheerTumble I - This class focuses on basic tumbling progressions up to back handsprings
and round off back handsprings.
CheerTumble II - This class is for athletes who have mastered a back handspring and
would like to move on to more advanced skills.
CheerTumble III - This class is for athletes who have mastered a tuck and would like
to progress to layouts, fulls, and other elite passes.
Front Tumbling - This class will focus on all front tumbling skills: front walkovers,
front handsprings, bounders, punch fronts and arabians.
Future Stars - This is a non-competitive team/class that works all elements of cheer: motions,
jumps, stunting, tumbling and overall conditioning.
Standing Level 4-5 - This class focuses only on level 4 & 5 standing tumbling skills - back tucks,
toe touch handspring tucks, 2 to layout/full, toe touch back tucks, etc. This class meets once a week for
60 minutes each class.
Standing Tuck Class - The focus of this class is standing back tucks for level 3 & 4
tumblers looking to perfect their standing back tucks and standing fulls. This class is designed
for athletes that have mastered skills leading up to a a back tuck.
Stunt Class - This class is for all things stunt: base and flyer technique and hands
on stunting with the staff.

Tiny Tumblers This is a basic tumbling class is for kids ages 6 and under.
It is also our open all-star tumbling for our Tiny Team.
Total Athlete This class focuses on power in jumps, strength in motion technique, overall flexibility and
strength and conditioning exercises. The goal is to maximize the TOTAL skill set of each athlete and make them well rounded
in all areas.
5 for 5 This class prepares athletes for the 5 core USASF level 5 tumbling skills: arabian, running
full/double, standing handspring(s) to full, standing full, jump tuck (athlete must be working layouts to enroll).
